“The doctor said he wouldn't give 25 cents for his chances.”

Ancestor:  Cleo J. Koch

Descendant: Sheryl W.

My father, Cleo J. Koch, born November 24, 1918, survived the 1918 flu pandemic.

He got it when he was three weeks old. His mother also had it. The doctor said he wouldn't give 25 cents for his chances. My Dad is still alive and living independently at 101+.

He may be the oldest living survivor of the 1918 pandemic.
